Mobile & Fixed Container X-ray Inspection

HI-SCAN 250250 CAB

HCVC 250250 and HCVC 250250-2is (an advancement of the HCVC 250250) are specially designed for the inspection of large size pallets, air and sea freight containers, cars and vans.

These are medium energy (2500 kV) X-ray cargo inspection systems with tunnel dimensions of 2700 mm (106.3") width and 2600 mm (102.36") height and are ideally suited for air and sea cargo transported on pallets and inside containers.

Typical applications are customs facilities at airports and ports.

SCAN TRAILER 9075-OT

HI-SCAN 9075 is a state-of-the-art X-ray inspection unit for the scanning of objects up to a size of 90 cm x 76 cm (w x h). Due to its design the imaging system is perfectly suited to the scanning of bulky objects, oversized baggage and freight. Heavy objects can be easily placed on the conveyor belt, which is installed at a height of only 35 cm above the ground.

The low installation height of the HI-SCAN 9075 conveyor system facilitates the connection of supplementary feed- and/or discharge conveyor systems for heavy freight.

The HI-SCAN 9075 is also available as a mobile unit and as such is well-tried by airports, customs facilities and haulage companies.

State-of-the-art HiTraX technology, efficient online image analysis methods as well as an operator interface ergonomically designed to be adapted to the installation conditions make the HISCAN 9075 an ultramodern and efficient instrument for security checks in sensitive areas.

HI-SCAN 9075 - the security concept for dealing with oversized baggage and bulky objects.

SCANTRAILER 130100

ScanTrailer is a mobile X-ray inspection system using a non-motorised trailer for private road traffic (e.g. airports) with a specially manufactured body. A non-motorised trailer for public roads is available as an option. The X-ray inspection system HI-SCAN 130100 is integrated.

The ScanTrailer has been designed for places where luggage, freight or mail is loaded or unloaded and has to be checked for customs or security purposes.

The system operates with AC mains. An integrated power generator (option) serves to supply the electrical devices independent of a mains source.

Fast and easy loading and unloading of items to be inspected is established by a powerful motorised conveyor (input side) and a heavy-duty roller conveyor (output side). As an option, a system with reverse mode (130100 DL) is available.

ScanTrailer incorporates the X ray inspection system HI-SCAN 130100 with a tunnel opening of 1310 mm (width) by 1015 mm (height).

SCAN VAN 8585

ScanVan is a mobile X-ray inspection system using a self-propelled vehicle (van) with special interior fittings. The X-ray inspection system HI-SCAN 8585 is integrated.

The ScanVan has been designed for places where luggage, freight or mail is loaded or unloaded and has to be checked for customs or security purposes.

A heat-insulated body and an optionally installed powerful air-conditioner and heating system ensure optimum operation regardless of the climatic conditions. To establish operation at AC mains, an integrated power generator is incorporated as an option to supply the electrical devices independent of a mains source.

Fast and easy loading and unloading of items to be inspected is guaranteed by means of a powerful motorized conveyor at the input side and a heavy-duty roller conveyor at the output. Both of them can be folded up into the vehicle.
